About Lynda

My name is Lynda Chrisp, and I’m a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Lakewood, Colorado. Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s something I truly love doing every day. Helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives is something I take very seriously, and I work hard to make the process smooth, successful, and rewarding for my clients.

Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully sold more than 250 homes throughout Colorado. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, experienced buyers, and homeowners who want to sell their property for the highest possible price. Negotiation is one of my strongest skills, and I’m committed to getting my clients the best terms and the most value whether they’re buying or selling.

I also have extensive experience working with investment properties. I’ve successfully closed multiple multi-family transactions including triplexes, quadplexes, and six-plex properties, helping investors grow and expand their real estate portfolios.

I specialize in the Arvada, Broomfield, Superior, and Lafayette areas, and I consider myself a neighborhood expert in these communities.
